Care at Work in Ethiopia’s Garment Sector: A Training Manual for Advancing the Rights of Workers with Family Responsibilities for trainers who are involved in awareness raising, capacity building and advocacy for workplace care policy packages, namely maternity protection and the rights of workers with family responsibilities, who work in the textile and garment sector. The manual aims to support trainers in delivering trainings on care-responsive workplaces for both men and women trainees, and employers and workers.
