Comoros
Comoros has been a member of the ILO since 1978. The country receives technical and financial support from the ILO to implement its Decent Work Programme, which aims to strengthen labour governance and the application of international labour standards through social dialogue, promote decent work for all in sectors, particularly the blue, green and digital economy targeting vulnerable groups, and strengthen and extend social protection for all, including health and safety at work. The ILO’s activities in the country are overseen by the ILO Country Office for Madagascar, Comoros, Mauritius and Seychelles, based in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
