In plenary sittings, interpretation services are provided in the seven working languages of the Conference (English, French, Spanish and Arabic, Chinese, German and Russian)
All delegates who are registered to speak in plenary are requested to send an electronic copy of their speech to plenaryspeeches@ilo.org 24 hours before they are scheduled to speak. The subject of the email must include the name of the delegation and, if known, the date and time at which the speech will be delivered.
If you wish to speak in a committee, please follow the indications provided on the page of the committee concerned:

From an internal, fixed telephone (landline): Call 112
Medical emergency outside the Conference premises
Call 144 for an ambulance in Switzerland, or 15 in France
ILO first aid services
From 9 to 18, every weekday the ILO Medical Service (MEDSERV) provides medical advice and assistance at the ILO headquarters
Smoke-free policy
Smoking is prohibited inside the ILO and UNOG buildings. It is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
