To access to Conference premises at the Palais des Nations and the ILO building, all participants will have to be in possession of a personalized badge with photo, obtained at the registration desks located at the ILO building R3 level (North) or at the Pregny Gate of the Palais des Nations.
The desk located at the P1 level of the ILO building is reserved for members of the press and visitors only. A dedicated desk for the collection of badges through proxies will be available at ILO Headquarters from the opening and throughout the Conference.
Verify that your credentials have been received at Credentials live
Go to one of the registration desks. Upon arrival, delegates will be required to have their photograph taken, unless they have already uploaded their photograph online prior to their arrival.
How to upload photographs for badges?
Once delegates are included in the delegation by the delegation’s focal point, they will receive an email requesting them to confirm their email address. The email confirmation link will direct them to the online platform where they can upload a digital copy of their photograph.
Delegates can authorize a third party to collect their badges on their behalf, i.e., by proxy (a document giving such authorization), by proceeding as follows:
At the online platform, click on the prompt asking whether you wish to authorize someone else to collect your badges on your behalf
Fill out the electronic proxy form with the necessary information
Attach a copy of your national identification document
The completed form will be transmitted automatically to the Conference Secretariat
As the ILO is subject to the UN security guidelines, no badge can be delivered by proxy if the abovementioned requirements have not been met.
To avoid lengthy waiting times expected at the registration desks on the morning of Monday, 3 June 2024, the early collection of badges on the days prior to the opening is strongly recommended.
Any questions related to proxies should be directed to proxiesILC@ilo.org
Once you have your badge, you must wear it visibly and carry with you an identity document at all times, as random checks are foreseen both at the Palais des Nations and at the ILO.
