Saint Kitts and Nevis
Since joining the ILO on 19 May 1996, Saint Kitts and Nevis has been working to improve its national labour standards. The ILO continues to provide technical assistance in areas like occupational safety, social security, and promoting decent work. Within the framework of the SDG-funded Resilient Caribbean Joint Programme Engaging and Training Youth & Strengthening Integrated Social Protection Sector Delivery the ILO in collaboration with social partners has focused on improving social protection systems, empowering youth through skills development and entrepreneurship training, and fostering a more resilient workforce.
