Cook Islands
The Cook Islands became an ILO member in 2015 and has ratified eight ILO Conventions, including three fundamental Conventions. ILO and the Cook Islands work together in priority areas including strengthening labour policy, occupational safety and health, minimum wage systems and the right to bargain collectively. The ILO’s work in the Cook Islands is managed by the ILO Office for Pacific Island Countries, in Suva, Fiji.
